Spa access is allowed only to guests who book a treatment.
ARRIVAL TIME
For our massages, rituals, and signature packages, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you can enjoy and unwind in our Temazcal and Sensory Shower with Chromotherapy. For all other treatments, arriving 10 minutes before your appointment is sufficient.
SPA ETIQUETTE
We kindly ask that you respect our guests’ privacy and tranquility. The Spa is a mobile-free area, and smoking is not permitted. The Spa will provide towels, a bathrobe, slippers, and all the amenities required during your visit.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card number will be required or the room number will be checked if you are staying at the hotel. For any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the value of the booked treatment will be charged. If canceled less than 12 hours in advance, 100% of that amount will be charged.
